Scott Alexander, Director

Scott has in excess of 20 years experience in Residential Sales and Lettings having worked for several household names in both North and Central London. In 2014 Scott joined Novus as Director and has since continued to successfully grow the business. Outside of work Scott enjoys spending time with family and is also a keen sportsman.

Joanna Wade, Associate Director (Head of Block Management)

Joanna has worked in the Block Management sector for over ten years and is a longstanding member of the Novus team. During this time, she has obtained Affiliate, Associate and now Member Level qualification from The Property Institute and Associate Level of Institute of Workplace & Facilities Management. Joanna has attended many other Block Management courses through ARLA and IRPM. Joanna enjoys the various day to day challenges involved with Block Management. In her spare time Joanna enjoys walking her two labradors Otis & Vincent.

Tom Cox, Sales & Lettings Negotiator

Tom joined Novus in early 2024 as Sales and Lettings Negotiator after having graduated from University. Tom has quickly become an integral part of our team. Outside of work, Tom enjoys meeting up with friends and family where he’ll mostly find himself either playing or watching sport.

Kay Sondh, Property Manager

Kay has been with Novus for almost four years, her role as Property Manager involves, liaising with Landlords, Tenants, Contractors, and other team members to ensure successful progression of new lets, renewal of tenancies, inspections, licensing applications, and maintenance issues. After completing her BSc (Hons) Business Studies & Information Technology Degree, Kay worked in the City for IBM as a Project Manager for 10 years before taking a career break to support her young family. Away from the office, Kay likes to keep fit and visit the gym. Kay is a keen cook and likes to experiment with fusion cooking, socialising with friends, and spending quality time with family.

Alex Alexander, Business Manager

Alex has been with Novus since 2015. Alex is an experienced member of our Lettings team and is also responsible for legal and regulatory compliance across the business. Alex has a Degree in Human Resources Management and previously enjoyed a long career in HR and Governance within the Legal sector. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her young family.

Judith Paine, Lettings Assistant

Jude has been with Novus for 6 years, primarily aligned to the Lettings team, she ensures the successful processing of Residential Landlord rental income as well as Contractor payments. Jude can also help generally with any ad hoc Lettings enquiries. Prior to joining us, Jude enjoyed a long career working in the city at Mitsubishi UFJ Securities and Royal Bank of Scotland, most recently as PA to the Head of Equity Finance, before leaving to focus on her young family.

Olivia Nicolaou, Block Management Assistant

Olivia is the newest member of the team, working with Joanna in Block Management. Her main role is to support the department, collecting in service charge payments, answering leaseholder queries and dealing with general repairs and maintenance to our blocks. Olivia has over 20 years experience in business support and has a passion for helping others. Olivia enjoys spending time with friends and family and walking her beautiful dog Skye!
